Cellular Phone IMEI

Philippines is the texting capital of the world. Everyone else is learning from the Philippines!
In 1998 when text messages were freely given initially by globe in the country, now everyone spends for every message they send across!

Being that, I mean texting capital, almost everyone has their own cellular phone unit. Some don't just have one but two or three or more just lying around their houses or drawers.
